A visual sitemap is a versatile UX planning tool
Improve the UX
A visual sitemap helps you see how to let users get to their goals on your site or app faster
Identify and reduce unnecessary pages upfront so you’re not wasting time building wireframes or prototypes for them
Get everyone on the same page
Use the sitemap to ensure everyone else is one the same page re: the structure and pages
Use it to plan tasks
Once you have a sitemap, use it as a reference point to set up your Sketch file, to-do lists and more
How much is your time worth?
With Timblee, you spend less time doing and more time thinking, the way it should be. Drag and drop from 40+ page types to create beautiful sitemaps in minutes.
Get feedback from anyone, fast.
Need to validate and get buy in on your proposed sitemap? Share it with clients, colleagues and anyone else with an easy share link. They can then provide feedback without even logging in.
Coming soon: Build beautiful, simple user flows
A sitemap lets you plan the ideal structure and navigation. User flows let you identify the ideal path for users to best achieve their goals – whether it’s a purchase or a sign up. We’ll be launching user flows in beta in Q2 2017. Stay tuned!
Timblee is the perfect starting point
for your next project. Here’s how we use it:
Planning & structure
When planning a new web project, Timblee is where we start and iterate till there are only essential pages and a clean, tight navigation left.
Based on the Timblee sitemap, we assign copy, wireframing and other tasks to the team using Metalab’s Flow
Wireframes, UX & design
We then build low-fidelity wireframes, conduct the first stage of UX testing and then hi-fidelity designs with Bohemian Coding’s beautifully simple Sketch
Detailed UX testing & feedback
We create an almost seamless interactive experience using the static concepts and get feedback from a broader group of stakeholders with InVision.
We then turn the the final designs for the project or that sprint into code using Sublime Text 2 and store our repositories on Github.
We typically conduct live real user testing internally, with small groups of user testers locally, or via usertesting.com.
After changes and improvements based on user testing are made, we deploy to AWS where our production environment is.
